Since saying goodbye to our bushrat babies, Naomi has been wanting a new pet. Today while playing with a friend outside, she found an injured baby bird who had fallen out of its nest. The bird looked as if it wouldn't last the hour. However, with much love and some nourishment (minced meat with egg), it is still alive and much more alert. Never a dull moment in this house! Never. Ever.

I think i liked the snake and the rats more...
YOU would have liked the rats the best...
1. cause blood was shed for the snake
2. you know i hated that thing
3. the bird is just plain annoying
4. and it's pretty nasty what they are feeding it. (raw meat and egg!)
